At Doll Wear Style, we want you to adore every feminine piece from our collections as much as we adore creating them. Should any item not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same care we put into our delicate fabrics and intricate designs.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or sale items marked as “final sale.” These exceptions help us maintain the quality standards you expect from Doll Wear Style.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our return process is as graceful as our chiffon tops:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage using the original packaging.
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Montgomery address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired in your email
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
