Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two elegant options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after processing)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your feminine treasures are on their way to you.

International Customers: Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Our Graceful Returns Process

Should any item not spark joy as expected, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how our delicate return process works:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your return request (see template below)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage using the original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Montgomery address using a trackable shipping method

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Sale items marked as “final sale”

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
